These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bnagomi.com and the purchase of digital products offered by BNagomi Oy.

BNagomi Oy offers the following digital products:

The BNagomi Method — an online course delivered through our course platform on Systeme.io. The course consists of five modules and an orientation, delivered as video lessons with accompanying workbook materials.

BNagomi — Make Your Home Work For You — a digital ebook delivered by email upon purchase.

All products are digital. No physical goods are shipped.

When you complete a purchase on bnagomi.com, you are entering into a contract with BNagomi Oy. You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and access details.

Prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices or the display currency at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your purchase. Your bank or card provider may apply exchange rates and fees which are outside our control.

Payment is processed securely by Mollie. BNagomi Oy does not store your payment card details.

Course: Upon purchase, you will receive access to the BNagomi Method course via Systeme.io. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. You will receive ongoing access to the course for as long as the course and platform remain available. Excessive account sharing or misuse may result in suspension of access without refund. 

Ebook: Upon purchase, you will be directed to a download page where you can access your ebook immediately. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at support@bnagomi.com.

The BNagomi Method (Course) We offer a 14-day refund policy on the BNagomi Method course. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting us at support@bnagomi.com.

To request a refund, please include your name, email address, and order details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

BNagomi — Make Your Home Work For You (Ebook) The ebook is a digital product available for immediate download upon purchase. As such, no refunds are offered once the ebook has been downloaded.

If you experience any technical issues with delivery or access, please contact us at support@bnagomi.com and we will assist you promptly.

EU and UK consumers: Under applicable EU and UK consumer protection laws, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days. However, this right may be waived once immediate access to digital content has been provided with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgment of the loss of withdrawal rights.

By downloading or accessing the ebook after purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this waiver.

For the BNagomi Method course, we voluntarily offer a 14-day refund period as described above, regardless of content access.

All content included in our products — including but not limited to course videos, workbook materials, ebook content, frameworks, and written copy — is the intellectual property of BNagomi Group Oy, licensed to BNagomi Oy for commercial use.

You may use the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. 

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell any course or ebook content

• Reproduce or publish any part of the content without written permission

• Use the content to create derivative products or services

The BNagomi Method is an educational framework for home systems design. It is not professional interior design, organisational consulting, or psychological advice.

Results will vary depending on individual circumstances and application of the method. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BNagomi Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.

EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

UK consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
